Hans Petter (HP) Andresen is an experienced commercial insurance executive. Following a Master’s degree in the US, HP spent 34 years with AIG, with assignments in various places around the world. While in Norway managing AIG’s operation in Oslo, HP served on the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce as well as the Make-A-Wish Foundation (Norway). At AmCham HP was instrumental in initiating a Mentor program for the top 10 Patron members. After the completion of the Norway assignment, HP returned to the US and Philadelphia at which point he joined the Starr Companies in a consultancy capacity. HP was elected member of the NACC Board in March 2017.
